"An extremely expensive insurance, for that reason I decided to change to another insurance with the same benefits at half price, and when I decided to cancel my insurance the gentleman took a unpleasant attitude and treated me in an unfriendly manner just because I decided to cancel my insurance with them, I asked him how long it would take to get my refund and he said I don't know I have no idea! I tried to contact them by phone a couple of times and they didn't answer, then I sent an email to Lisa April 9 and today is April 15 and she didn't answer until today. Today it's been 14 days since I canceled my insurance and they still haven't returned the money for the 3 weeks that I didn't use their insurance. With a clean record and 6 years of experience and a 2005 Chevy Colorado pickup truck, it is very expensive and I did my calculations and informed myself as every person who pays insurance should do and I used the insurance for only 6 days and to know how much they are supposed to return to you, this is the total of what you pay. In my case, $109 divided by 30 = 3.63 by 24 = 87.2 but they said they would only return me 28 dollars apparently. I don't think it's fair, but I hope my review helps you if you're looking for insurance."

They are based on several factor such as driving record, driving experience and coverages. We do have seven licensed agents in the office. Occasionally, if you call we might be assisting other customers. We do have an answering service that will allow you to leave a message. I return all my calls by the end of day. I show you spoke to one of my team members previously that explained the process of cancelling your policy. We received your email dated 4-11 on the 11th. Due to being in a meeting, it was forward to one of my team members. As she explained prior, we send the change to the company to process. They have to calculate the premium due to pay till the cancellation date. She did researched and called to go over the refund. I understand your concern about the amount. As discussed, NC, not State Farm, has a short-rate ruling that applies to everyone when canceling a policy. Your new insurance company should had advised you about this penalty so you could make an inform decision. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss further Again, thank you for your feedback and will be honored to assist you further. "

"Canceled my policy and the front office worker very unprofessional I explained I wanted to cancel my policy and he said done! And I ask of there was a confirmation and he said your done with us!
